Tournament Rules and Regulations.
Violating in one or more of these rules may result in automatic disqualification from round(s), suspension and/or permanent ban
-5v5.
-Every team will play each team.
-Best out of 3 maps (first to win 2 maps).
-1 point is awarded per map won.
-After season, is playoffs. Team with highest points will face the team with the 2nd highest points and 3rd vs 4th... etc
-Every leader must register on this site and on the forums.
-Sign up your team on the main page AND on the forums. All GUIDs must be presented along with registration of team.
-All matches must be played on DTR Tourny Server.
-A player getting caught hacking: All the matches he played in and won will be turned around into a loss.(if they had lost 2-1, they lose the 1pt)
-If it's during a league match; his team will lose 2pts and forfeit.
Teams/Players
-You MUST Submit ALL recordings(Rename The Demo The Date,Map,Round,Name Of Player
-Xray Is Required
-Maximum of 10 players on a roster, leaders MUST give xfire and GUIDs of ALL players on their team.
-No More Than 3 PBBans Within The Last Ten Months 10/21/08
-Teamview on players for all matches is MANDATORY.
-No More Than two .6b Players that have played in 2 ETL etl/sta/clanbase tournies.
-We decide if a player is considered a .6ber.
-We reserve the right to refuse participation in league without reason.
Match rules
-5v5.
-RESPECT everyone on the server.
-Being disrespectful will get you muted.
-Keeping being disrespectful after (changing name/pm'ing) will get you kicked and won't be allowed to come back.
-NO ringers allowed.
-If both team fullhold, both team get 1 pt for that map.
-If both team makes the same time, the console is the final result.(Same thing for braundorf time delay at the end)
-No globals.
-1 heavy weapon per team.
-No /kill on dyno.
-If a kill out on dyno happens: referees will judge if the other team had any chance to defuse it. No chance = No consequences.
-Trickjumping is allowed.
-Stacking is allowed.
-Trickplanting is allowed.
-No glitching at all.
-No Ghosting, a player found ghosting will be suspended. And the team will forfeit the match.
-Force start after 10 min (unless there's only one ref with 7 ppl to teamview, that can be long).
-If a team does not have AT LEAST 3 players at the force start, they forfeit.
-3 min pause is allowed between each round.
-Recording is REQUIRED.
-If a player fails to give his demos, the team will lose the match.
-Refs must agree to the request.
-If a player fail to give his demos twice, he will be suspended and the team will lose 2pts.
-One team choose first map and START as allies(cointoss decides). Then 2nd map is chosen by the other team and they start allies too. Ref will choose the 3rd map if needed.
-For pauses, you can use your 3 pauses that you have.
-Refs will only pause if a player on the teamview list has disconnected and need another teamview(ONLY once, if he disconnects again, too bad, he can't come back).
-We WILL NOT pause if you wasted all your pauses.
-Pulling A Watermelon (2 or 3 Consecutive Pauses, Is Absolutely FORBIDDEN)

Map rules
-No pausing when crane is moving in Supply.
-No satcheling through wall to destroy controls in Supply.
Scheduling
-Each week, matches will be decided randomly.
-1 "Call Out Match" per season.
-Leaders must talk together to schedule their match in the time frame given.
Banning/Suspensions System
Gamehack: 1 season suspension
cvar violation: 1 season suspension
Multihack/Aimbot/Wallhack: 2 seasons suspension
Video Driver Hack/PB Hack : 2 seasons suspension
Generic cvar/bind scan: 2 seasons suspension
Md5 tool bans: 2 seasons suspension
Multiple Offenses (more than once) = permanent ban
Other reasons for Suspension
Here are all the other reasons that may get you suspended from DTR league:
-Packet toggling during a match.
-Causing too much problems around the league.
-2 times kicked by refs for being disrespectful during a match.
-Fail to give demos twice during the same season.
-We reserve the rights to suspend anyone we believe deserves it.
Other reasons for Banning
-Having been suspended 3 times.
-We reserve the rights to ban anyone we believe is a hacker without solid evidence.
Ex: The player has changed IP/Guid but we believe it's someone with bans. (If Your IP.GUID does change and you do not notify a league admin you will be subject to suspension)
